Sony has announced a global increase in the prices of its popular gaming console PlayStation 5 (PS5). These new prices will be applicable from April 2, 2026 and include all models of PS5, PS5 Digital Edition and PlayStation 5 Pro. The new price of PS5 in America has become $649.99, which is $100 more than before. The PS5 Digital Station will now be available for $599.99. The biggest increase has been in PS5 Pro, whose price has increased by $150 to $899.99. Apart from this, the price of PlayStation Portal has also been increased from $199.99 to $249.99.

Experts believe that after the arrival of new stocks, an increase in prices may be seen in India. Also, due to import duty and rupee-dollar fluctuations, prices here may increase further.
