Sunrisers Hyderabad and Gujarat Titans secured their spots in the IPL 2026 Playoffs after the former beat Chennai Super Kings at the Chepauk on Monday.
SRH and GT joins Royal Challengers Bengaluru, which secured its top-four spot after beating Punjab Kings in Dharamshala on Sunday.
SRH’s win against CSK takes it to 16 points for the season, lifting it to second in the standings, level on points with GT. Only one other team can get to a maximum of 16 points now – Rajasthan Royals.
Only one Playoff spot remains in contention, with CSK, PBKS, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals set to battle it out for it.
