Hero MotoCorp’s electric sub-brand Vida is selling the cheapest e-scooter in the Indian two-wheeler market. The company is selling its most affordable electric scooter Hero Vida VX2 (Go Variant) in the Indian market. This scooter has been specially designed keeping in mind those customers who want to buy a premium and reliable brand of electric vehicle in a low budget.

The biggest USP of this scooter is its ‘Battery-as-a-Service’ i.e. BaaS model. Under this unique scheme, customers can just buy the chassis of the scooter and take it home without paying the full cost of the battery. This move has significantly reduced the initial cost of purchasing an electric scooter, making it very accessible to many customers.

Thanks to the BaaS scheme, the ex-showroom price of the Vida VX2 Go variant falls between just ₹ 44,990 to ₹ 59,490. This is almost half the price of any other premium electric scooter in the country.
