IPL 2026 Purple Cap standings updated after RCB vs GT, Qualifier 1: Bhuvneshwar continues to lead

Royal Challengers Bengaluru pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar continues to lead the IPL 2026 Purple Cap charts with 26 wickets from 15 matches, followed by Gujarat Titans pacer Kagiso Rabada, who has also taken the same number of wickets from as many games.

Bhuvneshwar ended with figures of 2/28 as RCB beat GT in Qualifier 1 to progress to the final.

Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Jofra Archer is third in the Purple Cap race with 21 wickets from 14 matches at an average of 21.71 and economy rate of 8.76.

Chennai Super Kings’ Anshul Kamboj is fourth with 21 scalps from 14 matches, while GT’s Rashid Khan is fifth with 19 wickets from 15 matches.
