Redmi is working rapidly on its next mid-range smartphone series Redmi Note 17. According to reports, the company can launch models like Redmi Note 17, Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max in this series. Ahead of the official launch, Redmi Note 17 Pro has now been spotted on China’s 3C (China Compulsory Certification) website. This listing has revealed important information related to fast charging of the phone, which indicates that the launch is not far away.

According to leaks, a new smartphone from Xiaomi has received 3C certification with model number 2607DRA18C. It is believed that this model is of Redmi Note 17 Pro. The certification listing mentions a 67W fast charger (model number MDY-15-EQ) with the phone.

If this information proves to be true, then it will be a big upgrade compared to the previous Redmi Note 15 Pro, because that phone had support for 45W fast charging.

The battery is going to be quite big
Although the battery capacity has not been disclosed in the 3C listing, but according to earlier reports, a large battery of 9,000mAh can be provided in Redmi Note 17 Pro. If this happens then it can become one of the smartphones with the biggest battery of Redmi.

If other leaks are to be believed, Redmi Note 17 Pro will have an OLED display with 1.5K resolution. For performance, it is expected to be provided with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor. For photography, a 50MP rear camera can be found in the phone. However, the company has not yet confirmed the camera setup and other specifications.

According to reports, Redmi Note 17 Pro can be launched in China during July, while Redmi Note 17 and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max can enter the market in August.
