Redmi Note 17 can be launched on August 6, discussion of 8000mAh battery and 50MP camera, price also leaked

Redmi launched its Redmi Note 17 series in China last week and now this smartphone is preparing to come to India. Although the company has not yet announced its official launch date, a new leak has revealed the Indian launch timeline as well as some important features of the phone.

The most important thing is that the Redmi Note 17 coming to India is expected to have a bigger 8,000mAh battery than the Chinese model.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, Redmi Note 17 can be launched in India on August 6. Its first sale is likely to start from August 11. Even before this, a report had claimed that this smartphone will enter the Indian market in the beginning of August. However, no official confirmation has been made yet by the company in this regard.

8,000mAh big battery can be available in India

According to the leak, an 8,000mAh battery can be provided in the Indian variant. If this happens, then it will have a bigger battery than the Redmi Note 17 launched in China, because the phone has a 7,700mAh battery there. Due to the big battery, users are expected to get backup for a long time.

According to reports, OLED display can be given in Redmi Note 17. At present, the screen size and refresh rate have not been revealed.

For photography, the phone is expected to have a 50MP Light Fusion 400 primary camera, which will be able to click better pictures than before in low light. Whereas for selfie and video calling, it can be provided with 8MP front camera.

What is available in China’s Redmi Note 17?

Redmi Note 17 launched in China has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, which comes with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits peak brightness. The phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor, with which up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage is available.

Talking about camera setup, it has 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera (with OIS) and 2MP depth sensor. This smartphone runs on Android 16 based HyperOS 3 and supports 45W fast charging.
