Kapil is seen donning multiple avatars — Mohan, Michel and Mehmood — showcasing how no wedding tradition or identity is off-limits in his chaotic universe. The trailer is loaded with slapstick moments, fast-paced dialogue and exaggerated situations, making it clear that the sequel aims to go bigger and louder than its predecessor. Written and directed by Anukalp Goswami, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain and the filmmaker duo Abbas-Mustan under the banners of Venus Worldwide Entertainment and Abbas-Mustan Film Production, in association with Star Studio18. The film stars Kapil Sharma in the lead, alongside Manjot Singh, Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhury, Parul Gulati and Ayesha Khan.

The film is a spiritual sequel to Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon as it features a completely new storyline and characters. While the original film revolved around triple marital confusion, the sequel ups the ante by adding another layer of chaos, ensuring a fresh narrative while retaining the core comedic essence.
