IndiQube deepens expansion, enters Bhubaneswar


Workplace solutions platform IndiQube on Monday expanded into Bhubaneswar, marking the firm’s 17th city of operations in the country. The city is also its second East Indian market after Kolkata.

The new centre will span over 45,000 sq ft and will be located in Patia, Infocity—a key business district and one of Bhubaneswar’s prominent IT and commercial hubs.

This expansion is on track with IndiQube’s plan to deepen its presence in high-potential Tier II cities, aligning with the country’s enterprise and talent landscape.

“East India represents a significant growth frontier for IndiQube, and Bhubaneswar is a natural next step in that journey. The city is at an inflection point, transitioning into a credible enterprise and technology hub, backed by strong infrastructure with upcoming metro and policy support. Our expansion here reinforces our long-term commitment to building a robust presence in the region and enabling enterprises to scale efficiently beyond traditional metros while tapping into emerging talent markets,” said Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, IndiQube.

In recent years, many startups have turned their focus to deepen their footprint in Tier II cities, as Indian corporates rethink workplace strategies amid talent migration patterns.

The development comes months after the company reported strong quarterly results. In November, it posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 354 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a 38% year-on-year surge, while profit after tax tripled to Rs 28 crore.

The strong revenue growth was on the back of its three-fold strategy: deeper penetration within existing micro-markets, wider presence across emerging cities, and continuous layering of B2B2C services such as transport, food and beverage, mobility, events, and concierge offerings.
