IND vs USA: Saurabh Netravalkar registers most expensive spell in T20 World Cups


USA’s Saurabh Netravalkar registered the most expensive spell in T20 World Cup history during the side’s opening Group-A match against India on Saturday.

The left-arm pacer finished with figures of 0/65 at the end of his four-over spell to earn the unwanted record, displacing Sanath Jayasuriya (0/64) from the top.

The 34-year-old was taken to the cleaners by Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav in the last two overs of his spell. Suryakumar finished unbeaten on 84 to help India recover to 161/9.
