Actress Naira Shah is set to appear in Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan and headlined by Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. The project marks her third collaboration with Priyadarshan, following her earlier association with him on Hungama 2.

Naira Shah opens up about collaborating with Priyadarshan for Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan starrer HaiwaanWhile details about her character in Haiwaan remain under wraps, the film has already drawn attention owing to its casting and the director’s track record in mainstream entertainers. For Naira, the project represents another opportunity to work with a filmmaker she has collaborated with previously. Speaking about reuniting with Priyadarshan, Naira said, “It has always been an amazing experience working with a legendary director. I feel truly blessed and honored to be part of such an incredible team. There is always so much to learn from the very best—especially from someone whose work I grew up watching.”

In addition to her upcoming film, Naira has been active on the music and digital fronts. She recently featured in Opul Music’s Valentine’s special track ‘Alfaaz’, composed and sung by Sharry Shayar. The music video has garnered attention online, and she is slated to appear in another Opul Music release next month.

Expressing her response to the reception of the track, she shared, “The love for ‘Alfaaz’ has truly been overwhelming. Music videos allow you to connect directly with the audience’s emotions, and this one is very close to my heart. I’m excited for the next project with Opul Music — it’s going to be something special.”

Earlier this year, Naira was also seen in the vertical series Jee Le Zara, which premiered on February 14. She has additionally been part of projects such as the documentary Jai Shree Ram, based on the Ram Mandir.

With Haiwaan bringing together Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan and Priyadarshan, the film is expected to be one of the notable upcoming releases. Also starring Saiyami Kher and Shriya Pilgaonkar, the film is reportedly the Hindi adaptation of the 2016 film Oppam and work on it is currently underway.
