Mumbai-based real estate developer Platinum Corp. has announced a strategic collaboration with interior designer Sussanne Khan for its upcoming residential developments across the city. The partnership is part of the company’s 2026 roadmap and will cover projects located in Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Andheri and other select neighbourhoods in Mumbai.

The developments are expected to reflect a design approach that balances aesthetics with functionality, while catering to buyers looking for more personalised and experience-driven homes.

Sussanne Khan’s appointment aligns with Platinum Corp.’s intent to incorporate a distinct design identity into its redevelopment projects. Known for her design sensibilities that blend contemporary industrial elements with softer, understated detailing, Sussanne brings international exposure and industry recognition to the collaboration. She is a graduate in Interior Design from Brooks College, USA, and has previously been recognised with accolades such as Asia’s Most Influential Designer (DOTY), Architectural Digest Top 100 Designer for four consecutive years, and Trendsetter for Home Spaces by ET Panache.

Her collaboration with Vishal Ratanghayra, Founder & CEO of Platinum Corp., who is also a qualified architect, is expected to shape the creative direction of these projects. As part of the collaboration, Sussanne’s involvement will extend to common areas including entrance foyers, lobbies, business lounges, landscaped zones, fitness studios, banquet halls and terrace amenities. Her role will span multiple stages of the development process to ensure design continuity across spaces.

With over 15 years in redevelopment and residential projects, Platinum Corp. plans to position these upcoming ventures as design-forward addresses that combine architectural structure with lifestyle-led planning in Mumbai’s established residential pockets.
