What happens if you switch off the main switch immediately?

• After the food is cooked, first switch it off by pressing the ‘On/Off’ or ‘Power’ button given on the induction display.
• After this, the fan will keep running for 1-2 minutes, which takes out the internal heat.
• Let the fan sound stop completely.
• Only after that turn off the main switch.
