Bookings have opened across India and test rides and deliveries will start from March 31, 2026. The company is also giving 7 years extended warranty and roadside assistance on its purchase. The company has introduced it in three variant options: Apex, Dash and Flash. Let us know how much the Guerrilla 450 has changed compared to before.
Design and Styling Updates
The big update on the new Guerrilla 450 is its sportier riding triangle. The handlebar is now aluminium, which is positioned lower and further forward than before. This will give the rider a forward-leaning stance, which feels more engaging and sharp while attacking corners. The bike now looks more aggressive and modern than before. Know about its three variants-
- The Apex variant has red, black and green colours. It has a sculpted rear seat cowl, colour-coded front cowl and standard rim tapes. This is the most aggressive looking variant.
- The Dash comes in Twilight Blue, Shadow Ash, Smoke Silver and Pex Bronze colours. Accessories like hand guards and headlight grill are standard in it.
- Flash is the top variant and it comes in Brava Blue color.
New and better tires have been provided in all variants. The Apex comes with Vredestein Centuro ST tyres, while the Dash and Flash come with Ceat Gripp XL RE tires with a new compound and tread pattern that eliminates the earlier problems and provides better grip in both dry and wet conditions. The overall design has now become more sporty and road-focused, while the retro-modern appeal remains intact.
Engine, Specifications and Performance
Guerrilla 450 has a 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder Sherpa engine. This powertrain generates 40.02 PS (approximately 39.5-40 bhp) power at 8000 rpm and 40 Nm torque at 5500 rpm. The 6-speed gearbox comes with a slip and assist clutch, which keeps the clutch pull light and prevents rear wheel locking during downshifting. ARAI mileage is around 29.5 kmpl. The fuel tank capacity is 11 litres.
CHASSIS, SUSPENSION AND BRAKING
The chassis is a steel tubular frame, in which the engine has been used as a stressed member. There are 43mm telescopic forks at the front (140mm travel) and linkage type mono-shock at the rear (150mm travel). The wheelbase is 1440mm, ground clearance is 169mm and seat height is just 780mm, which provides good reach for most riders.
Features and Technology
The new Guerrilla 450 has a 4-inch round TFT tripper dash, which shows Google Maps powered navigation, smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn directions and ride data. LED headlamps, taillamps and indicators are standard. USB Type C charging port is also provided. The base model may have a digi-analog cluster, but the upper variants have a full TFT.
