Xiaomi has made its new budget smartphones Redmi A7 4G and Redmi A7 Pro 4G available for sale in India. Both these recently launched phones have been brought to offer good features at a low price. If you are thinking of buying a new phone in a budget of less than Rs 12 thousand, then both these models can be good options.

The price of Redmi A7 4G has been kept at Rs 10,999 for 3GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. Whereas 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model of Redmi A7 Pro 4G is available for Rs 11,999. These phones are also available at a slightly lower price on the official website of Xiaomi. Customers can buy them from Amazon, Flipkart, Mi.com and offline retail stores.

Both smartphones have an HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, which improves the experience of scrolling and watching videos. Redmi A7 Pro 4G has a large 6.9-inch screen, while Redmi A7 4G has a 6.88-inch display. The brightness of the Pro model is also higher, due to which the screen is better visible in sunlight.

Both phones work on Unisoc T7250 processor. It comes with LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB with the help of micro SD card. Support of virtual RAM is also provided.

Talking about camera, both the phones have 13 megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixel front camera. This setup can be considered fine for everyday photos, video calls and selfies.

The battery is powerful
There is a slight difference in battery. Redmi A7 Pro 4G has a large battery of 6,300mAh, while Redmi A7 4G has a 5,200mAh battery. Both phones support 15W charging and 7.5W reverse charging.
