Sharp has launched its new premium smartphone Sharp Aquos R11 in Japan. This is the latest model of the company’s Aquos R series, which has features like powerful camera, high-brightness display and flagship level performance. The new smartphone has been introduced keeping in mind those users who want a great camera, excellent display and long-term software support.

Sharp Aquos R11 has a 6.5 inch Full HD+ Pro IGZO OLED display. This screen supports adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 240Hz, which makes the experience of scrolling and gaming very smooth. The special thing is that the display is capable of providing peak brightness of up to 3600 nits, due to which the screen can be easily seen even in strong sunlight.

For performance, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor has been provided in the phone. It comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. This combination provides a great experience while multitasking, gaming and using heavy apps.

As a camera, Sharp Aquos R11 has a triple rear camera setup. It has a 50.3 megapixel primary camera with OIS support. Apart from this, there is also a 50.3 megapixel ultra-wide camera and 38.5 megapixel telephoto camera. For selfie and video calling, a 50.3 megapixel camera is provided in the front of the phone.

Talking about battery, the smartphone has a 5100mAh battery, which supports 36W fast charging. The phone runs on Android 16 and the company has promised to provide 3 major Android updates and security updates for 5 years.

How much is the price?
Features like Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock are also provided in the device. Apart from this, it is also safe from water and dust with IPX5, IPX8, IPX9 and IP6X ratings. The price of Sharp Aquos R11 has been kept at 1,63,899 yen (about Rs 96,000) in Japan. This smartphone will be available in Ivory, Navy and Terracotta colors.
