This promotional offer of the company is about to end now. In such a situation, if you do not want to take paid subscription of this AI service in future, then it is important to cancel it in time. If you do not do this, money may be deducted from your account in the next billing cycle.

Actually, Airtel had partnered with Perplexity in 2025 to give one year of Perplexity Pro for free to its selected customers. Initially it did not require any payment method, but later many users had to add cards or other payment options to continue the service. Now when the free period is ending, the subscription can be converted into a paid plan upon auto renewal.

How to cancel Perplexity Pro subscription

1. The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to use Perplexity’s website.
2. First of all, open Perplexity’s website and log in to your account.
3. Now click on the profile icon present at the bottom left.
4. Here select All Settings option.
5. Go to Subscription section and click on Manage.
6. Select Manage again on the next screen.
7. Now click on Cancel Subscription option.
8. Select a reason for cancellation. If you want, you can also write your reason by choosing Other.
9. After this click on Continue to Cancel and then select No Thanks, Cancel My Subscription.
10. Finally, complete the process by clicking on Cancel Subscription.

How to know if subscription is canceled or not?

After cancellation, you will see a confirmation message that your subscription will remain active till the end of the current billing period. To confirm this, go to All Settings again and open the Subscription section.

If information like Plan will end on… is visible there and auto renewal option is not visible, then understand that the subscription has been canceled successfully.

Keep in mind that if you have taken a subscription through Apple’s payment system on iPhone, then it may have to be managed from Subscription Settings of Apple Account. Therefore, users who do not need Perplexity Pro should cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
