Big bang of Honda two-wheeler! Curtain lifted from 10 new models, see the complete list

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced not one or two or four, but 10 new models to strengthen its hold in the Indian two-wheeler market. The company will launch them one by one in the coming days. The launches span from premium motorcycles to adventure bikes and scooters, which will cater to both young riders, adventure lovers and daily commuters.

With this launch, Honda is launching its globally popular models like Rebel 300, CB500 series and ADV160 on Indian roads. The company’s focus is on power, style, technology and fuel efficiency. Advanced engine technology, better suspension, digital instrument cluster, LED lighting and safety features have been included in the new models.

This launch is strategically important in view of the increasing demand for premium segment in the Indian market. Honda aims to increase market share by 2026 and attract modern riders while preparing for the electric future. Overall, these launches will bring freshness and competition within the Indian two-wheeler industry.

Honda Rebel 300

Honda Rebel 300 is a cruiser style motorcycle which is known for its relaxed riding position and bold look. The 286 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine produces 26 bhp power and 26 Nm torque. The low seat height, forward set footpegs and wide handlebar make it perfect for long trips.

ABS, digital meter and chrome finishing will be available in the Indian version. The price can be kept around Rs 4.5-5 lakh. This bike is perfect for those riders who want a combination of style and comfort.

Honda CB500X

The CB500X is a strong contender in the adventure tourer segment. The 471cc parallel-twin engine generates 47 bhp power and 43 Nm torque. Upside-down forks, long travel suspension and wide handlebar provide excellent performance both off-road and on the highway.

Features like TFT display, traction control and USB charging port have been added to the new model. This bike is the best choice for long touring and weekend adventures. Its estimated price is believed to be Rs 5.5-6.5 lakh.

Honda ADV160

ADV160 is a unique combination of scooter and adventure. 157 cc engine gives 12.5 bhp power. High ground clearance, tubeless tires and dual channel ABS make it drivable with confidence even on bad roads.

Large storage, smart key system and digital instrument cluster make daily use easy. Perfect for both city and highway, this scooter will attract young buyers. The price is likely to be between Rs 1.2-1.4 lakh.

Honda CB350

The classic retro looking CB350 has a 348 cc single-cylinder engine, which gives 21 bhp power. The heavy duty chassis, dual exhaust and premium paint scheme make it a strong alternative to Royal Enfield. The company has added features like Bluetooth connectivity and thumb-up signal. Comfortable seating and smooth engine make long rides fun.

Honda Hornet 2.0

In the sporty segment, Hornet 2.0 offers 17 bhp power with its 184 cc engine. The aggressive styling, LED headlamps and sports graphics will appeal to young riders. Better braking and handling makes it fun on city roads. Apart from this, some other models will be updated-
