
Atypical Advantage raises Rs 2.63 Cr in funding
Atypical Advantage, a livelihood platform for people with disabilities, has raised Rs 2.63 crore in its first institutional funding round led by Next Bharat Ventures, a new-age Impact Fund backed by Suzuki Motor Corporation.
The company plans to invest the capital in enhancing technology and accessibility, education and employment verticals, build core teams, and strengthen ecosystem programmes connecting persons with disabilities to dignified work, mentorship, and corporate opportunities, a statement said.
Atypical Advantage combines technology, partnerships, and community-centric solutions to unlock long-term income pathways. The platform currently engages thousands of individuals with disabilities and collaborates with hundreds of corporate partners to drive inclusive hiring, accessible education, and sustainable livelihoods.
Pfizer announces winners of INDovation Programme 2025
Pfizer has announced the 14 winners of the INDovation Program 2025, awarding each selected healthtech startup a grant of Rs 60 lakh along with 18 months of structured incubation support. The startups are building solutions across Immunization, Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), Brain Health, Oncology, and Maternal & Child Health.
Backed by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the Department of Pharmaceuticals, NITI Aayog, and MSINS, the initiative is implemented by Social Alpha and supported by Foundation of Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi.
The program operates under two tracks: Incubation Track (8 startups): Clinical validation, regulatory approvals, and go-to-market support. Deployment Track (6 startups): Real-world deployment in Ayushman Arogya Mandirs to generate clinical efficacy data.
Aligned with the Government of India’s PRIP Scheme and Make in India mission, INDovation has supported over 40 healthtech startups in past editions, including collaborations with NIPER-Ahmedabad.
ixigo makes first international acquisition in Europe
Travel aggregator ixigo has approved binding agreements to acquire a 60% stake in Spain’s second-largest train booking platform Online Travel Solutions (Trenes) for €11.7 million (Rs 125 crore).
The move marks ixigo’s strategic entry into Europe’s mature rail travel market. Post-acquisition, Online Travel Solutions will become a step-down subsidiary of ixigo. The board also approved the acquisition of a 45.02% stake in Squad As Service (Sqaas) for €0.45 million to strengthen AI-led capabilities. The acquisitions aim to combine Trenes’ regional operator integrations with ixigo’s AI-driven product innovation to accelerate product reinvention and unlock growth opportunities across Europe’s OTA ecosystem.
MeMeraki Secures Rs 1 Cr on Shark Tank India
Culture-tech platform MeMeraki has secured Rs 1 crore from four investors on Shark Tank India. Founder Yosha Gupta closed the deal with Varun Alagh, Namita Thapar, Kunal Bahl, and Viraj Bahl, raising ₹1 crore for 4% equity and valuing the company at Rs 25 crore.
Founded in 2019, MeMeraki connects 500+ master artisans across 300+ art forms to global markets in 40+ countries. The capital will be used to expand enterprise partnerships, strengthen digital infrastructure, and deepen artisan onboarding. The platform is targeting Rs 100 crore-plus scale over the next four to five years, driven by enterprise expansion and global demand.
GalaxEye partners with NSIL
Space-tech startup GalaxEye has signed a reseller partnership agreement with NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), becoming the first private Indian satellite operator to collaborate with NSIL under such a framework. NSIL will resell GalaxEye’s SyncFused OptoSAR imagery products under its flagship Mission Drishti.

The partnership enables wider global promotion of India-built Earth observation capabilities across sectors such as agriculture, disaster management, infrastructure planning, and environmental monitoring—reinforcing the Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision.
Ishan Technologies to showcase sovereign AI stack
ICT provider Ishan Technologies will showcase its sovereign AI infrastructure at the India AI Summit 2026 in New Delhi. The company recently announced Rs 300 crore investment toward AI-ready digital infrastructure, deploying its Edge AI Fabric across Mumbai, Chennai, and Gandhinagar.
Its unified stack integrates GPU compute, pan-India connectivity, data centres, and the Saksham sovereign cloud platform—enabling compliant, low-latency AI deployments for enterprises and government institutions.
Intellect Design Arena launches new AI solution
Intellect Design Arena has launched Purple Fabric, its judgment-centric enterprise AI platform, at Rs 99,500 per month for up to 50 users. Positioned as “Enterprise AI on Tap,” the platform aims to make governance-ready, reliability-first AI accessible without capital-intensive infrastructure.
Chairman and MD Arun Jain said enterprises now demand accountable AI capable of supporting real-world regulatory decisions rather than experimental automation. Deloitte India unveils new AI platform
Deloitte India will launch GenW.AI an indigenous, next-generation low-code platform created to enable enterprises to rapidly prototype and deploy diverse applications and AI agents. This has been developed entirely in India, to offer a full suite of tools under a single, unified platform. It is designed to integrate with a wide range of large language models (LLMs), ensuring flexibility as sovereign and enterprise-grade AI ecosystems evolve. GenW.AI will be officially launched at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi next week.
GenW.AI will be offered both as an on-Prem and on cloud platform and aims to provide complete control over IP and data for businesses. It is built to interact not only amongst apps built on the platform but also to work with enterprise technologies.
