Apple may introduce a major change to Siri with iOS 27 at WWDC 2026. Many major upgrades like new AI features, Dynamic Island integration, ‘Search or Ask’ interface, Gemini support and standalone Siri app can be revealed.

Big news for iPhone users! The entire look of Siri may change in iOS 27
Apple is preparing to bring a big change in Siri for its iPhone users with iOS 27. According to reports, the company may show the first official preview of the new Siri at the WWDC 2026 event. This time Siri can be much smarter not only in design but also in terms of AI features.
According to the report of Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple has given a glimpse of the new Siri design in the teaser artwork of WWDC 2026 itself. It is being told that the new Siri interface will come with a glowing effect, especially in dark mode it will look even more attractive.
The biggest change may be that Siri will now integrate directly with Dynamic Island. That is, when the user activates Siri, the pill-shaped part of Dynamic Island will become larger and a prompt like ‘Search or Ask’ may appear there. Along with this, a glowing cursor can also be seen, which will make the use of Siri more interactive than before.
According to reports, Apple may also bring a new standalone Siri app. In this app, users will be able to see their old conversations and will get a better connection between Siri and Spotlight search.
Smarter than ChatGPT?
Talking about the features, Siri of iOS 27 can now work like AI chatbots like ChatGPT. Users will be able to ask multiple questions at once, continue conversations, and Siri will be able to better understand the user’s personal context. Additionally, the ability to understand on-screen content may also improve.
It has also been said in some reports that Apple can also use Google Gemini AI. This possibility has been further strengthened after the deal signed between the two companies in January.
The biggest attraction of Apple iOS 27 could be this new Siri. WWDC 2026 will be held from June 8 to June 12 and the company can officially reveal it in the keynote of June 8. If all these changes prove to be true, then the Siri experience could completely change for iPhone users.
