Kaleem, at 44 years 2 months 25 days, overtook his teammate Muhammad Nadeem’s (43y 5m 8d) record, which he registered in Oman’s previous fixture on Thursday against Sri Lanka.
Kaleem hit two sixes and five fours to record a 29-ball 50. Oman, however, lost the match 96 runs as it failed to chase a 236-run target.
