The information that is coming out in the leaks has brought a ‘sweet and sour’ experience for Pixel fans. On one hand, Google is preparing to take the camera of its base model to ‘Pro’ level, on the other hand it can reduce the phone’s memory i.e. RAM. According to information shared by Mystic Leaks on Telegram, the Pixel 11 series may see some major changes along with technical upgrades.

Pixel series has always been in the news for its camera. According to leaks, the base model of the upcoming Google Pixel 11 is going to get a big camera upgrade. Google can now say goodbye to the old 48 megapixel sensor and give it a 50 megapixel primary sensor. After this, the base model of Pixel 11 will be at par with last year’s ‘Pro’ models (Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL) in terms of camera quality. This 50MP sensor will not only provide better resolution, but will also take low-light photography and digital zoom capabilities to new heights.

RAM may be downgraded

The news regarding RAM in Google Pixel 11 may disappoint the fans of this phone. Only 8GB RAM can be given in the base model of Pixel 11. It is worth noting that last year’s Pixel 10 was provided with 12GB RAM. In such a situation, reducing RAM is considered a big downgrade. With the increase in AI features, the demand for semiconductor and RAM components is skyrocketing, leading to a huge jump in their prices. To keep the initial price of the phone low, Google can downgrade the RAM. For users who are fond of multitasking and heavy gaming, the option of 8GB RAM may seem a little less. However, the company can also launch an expensive 12GB variant in the market.

There will also be a magical lighting feature like the Nothing Phone

This time Google is going to do something new not only in software but also in hardware design. According to the leak, a unique feature called “Pixel Glow” can be found in Pixel 11 Pro, Pro XL and Pro Fold models. This feature will be a light-up notification system on the back of the phone. When a call or message is received, the lights on the back of the phone will light up, which will be much like the Glyph interface of the ‘Nothing’ phone.
